Palm SpringsI wanted to thank Marcy Cardenas and her partner Tony Palumbo from MC & Associates, from the bottom of my heart for getting me my reverse mortgage. Honestly, I didn't believe it was possible. I made a previous attempt in 2023 with a different local broker who worked with a big nationwide reverse mortgage company. However, it turned out the lender had no idea or experience working with seasonal communities like ours, here in the desert. I leave permanently in Palm Desert. It took a lot of stress and frustration back then and I kind of gave up on that idea, at least for a few years. I called Marcy and Tony almost by accident and told them what exactly didn't work out with the previous lender. Tony assured me that the lender they work with is aware of our local specifics, HOAs, etc. He encouraged me to start the process again and he kept calling me every week to keep me on track with documents I still had to put together. If not his persistence and help, I don't think I would have gone through this again. I am deeply grateful to both, they are true professionals, and they really care deeply about their clients.
